How do I become a member?
Any citizen of the United States may become a member of the Club by completing a Membership Appilication, subscribing to the NRA Pledge, completing a signed Range Orientation Form with a Range Saftey Officer, and payment of annual dues.

How much does it cost?
The membership fee is $50.00 per year, January 1, to December 31st, no prorating is provided. Please bring cash or check.
Where is the range located?
The range is located on 80 acres south of Payson, Arizona on National Forest Systems Land and operated under a joint agreement with the Tonto National Forest, Payson Ranger District and the Gila County Range Commison. Click here for more directions.

When is it open?
7 days a week for members. Non members 9am to 2pm Saturdays at the 100 yard range only. No access to pistol bays nor long distance range. Call the range hot line for current conditions and closures do to Covid – 19 or fire restrictions at 480-463-3505.
How Many Guest Can A Member Bring To The Range?
3 guests has been the norm. During Covid we ask that you limit guest to (2).
The Tonto Rim Sports Club, Inc. was established in 1979 and is affiliated with the National Rifle Association, and the Arizona State Rifle and Pistol Association.
The purpose of the Club is to educate and encourage organized shooting among United States citizens of the area, with a focus on better knowledge of the safe handling and proper care of firearms, as well as improved marksmanship. It is a further purpose of the Club to foster the development of those characteristics of honesty, good fellowship, self-discipline, team play, and self-reliance. These are the essentials of good sportsmanship and the foundation of patriotism.
