THE RANGE
Based in Payson, Arizona, the Tonto Rim Sports Club operates and maintains the Jim Jones Shooting Range, located on US Forest Service land 2 miles south of Payson, east of Highway 87.
The Range Features

100-yard range for handguns, rifles, and shotguns (no aerial targets).

200-yard range for rifle and shotguns (no aerial targets).

300-yard high-power range.

6 pistol bays.

80-meter archery target range and field range.
The 100-yd range is open to the public from 9 AM to 2 PM every Saturday (weather permitting), with a $10 fee (cash only!) for non-members. Youth under 18 are free. Membership in the club is $100 annually and affords members access to the range 24/7/365. Range Safety Officer is on duty to assist all shooting with training, firearm checks, and sight-in.
